About the work
Gestural Assembly is the name given to the method of Grace Prince’s practice: to contrive light juxtapositions of material and form via a slow sensory process with the perceptive outcome of speed and chance. An expression of much within the fewest possible compositional attempts.
About the artist
Grace Prince b. 1992, London, is a designer and artist based in Milan. Since graduating from Central Saint Martins, she has worked for Vincenzo de Cotiis and Studio Anne Holtrop. She started her practice in 2019, after developing a specific design method titled Gestural Assembly.
